INTERIOR DESIGN

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Emily Meinhardt is the principal of Studio Hardt, an interior design practice dedicated to the art of the thoughtful home. She has designed spaces that prioritize color, architectural integrity, and functional beauty since 2020. Having learned her craft at established design firms, her projects have spanned from wine country to Montana to New York City. Before designing spaces, she designed pixels as an art director at Google. Emily graduated from Claremont McKenna College with degrees in art history and government. Her background in art and tech means she is both steeped in the history of design and has produced designs for a global audience. The result is homes that are both graphically striking and deeply lived-in. For Emily, a well-designed room isn't just a space—it’s a masterpiece you get to live in.
